Our NDT services include the following but not limited to::
1. Ultrasonic Testing:
We provide PAUT, UTTG, and shear wave techniques for and services to the industry. We have completed many industrial challenges and projects, including On-Stream Inspection, Corrosion Mapping, and Condition Monitoring (CML). We have modern General Electric equipment, and our technicians never compromise on quality.
2. Dye Penetrant Testing:
We provide trained technicians as per industrial requirements.
3. Magnetic Particle Inspection:
We provide MPI/WFMPI technicians with the industrial requirements for ambient and elevated temperatures.
4. Hardness Testing:
We provide portable hardness testing machines to check the in-service material hardness, especially materials exposed to high temperatures like heaters or boiler tubes.
5. Leak Detection:
We provide vacuum box testing for storage tanks in new construction or during the shutdown for in-service tanks for checking bottom plate weld joints.
6. MFL/ Eddy Current Testing:
We are equipped with modern tube inspection machines. Our technicians are highly trained to detect defects in industrial heat exchanger tubes.
